Show Notes
This podcast was recorded at the Rapunzel Salon and Spa in Boise, Idaho live. The event was a 21+ Trunk or Treat where local businesses, and community members came together to have a good time enjoying what Boise has to offer.
Now this guest caught me by surpirse from the work they do.
Foster (Chris Foster), Owner/Creator of Flow Dojo, has been on the scene since 2010. He has transferred his love of performing into a company dedicated to making these experiences more open and achievable for others. Foster shows his skills here with Poi, a prop originating from the Maori of New Zealand.
Listen in to this episode to hear Chris and I (Roberto) talk about what it is he does and how one get's into "Flow" We talk about appreciating your talents and finding your own flow, no matter what it is.
Foster has showed me that no matter how hard something may be, you can do it if you don't give up.
Thank you for your time Chris.
